Based in Chicago, Robert Palley is a co-founder and partner at Granite Realty Partners, LLC. He is responsible for evaluating and acquiring development opportunities for the real estate investment and development firm. He is also involved in matters of capital restructuring. He has managed upwards of $750 million in property acquisitions and developments since co-founding the firm in 1998. Before helping to establish Granite Realty Partners, Robert Palley spent over 6 years as vice president of Jupiter Realty Corporation. During his time in this role, he developed more than 1 million square feet of class A retail properties and acquired more than 500,00 square feet of retail properties.
Robert Palley holds a master of business administration from Northwestern University. He also studied biology as an undergraduate at the school. In addition to his work in the property acquisition and development industry, he has held positions in his local community, including 4 years as a board member with the Community Chest of Oak Park/River Forest. He is also a member of the Chicago Board of Realtors.
